Refund policy

At The Customizers, we want you to be completely happy with your order. But if for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back.

To be eligible, items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that don’t meet these standards will be sent back to you.

Please note that return postage is at your own expense, and we’re unable to refund this cost.

Once your return has reached us and been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

When trying on your order, please make sure it’s handled with care and proper hygiene in case you decide to return it.

You’re welcome to exchange your item for another size or product of the same value. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. If a custom item is confirmed to be faulty, we will gladly offer either a replacement or a refund.
